Physical structure explanation:

Zone = zone number
Mass = average mass (in Solar Masses) in the zone
Radius = average radius (in Solar Radii) in the zone
Log(P) = average log10 pressure (in dyn/cm^2) in the zone
Log(T) = average log10 temperature (in K) in the zone
Log(RO) = average log10 density (in g/cm^3) in the zone
Ye = average electrons per baryon in the zone
Omega = average angular velocity (in s^-1) in the zone
Om/Ocrit = average angular velocity over critical angular velocity in the zone
Ispec = average specific momentum of inertia in (in cm^2) in the zone
Jspec = average specific angular momentum in (cm^2/s) in the zone
fp = average specific form factor taking into account the mechanical deformation of the star due to rotation (see the paper) in the zone
ft = average specific form factor taking into account the thermal deformation of the star due to rotation (see the paper) in the zone
N.B. The last five columns are not filled in the subatmospheric region because the angular momentum transport is inhibited in this zone. Moreover a constant angular velocity has been assumed (see the paper for a more detailed discussion of this point).

Chemical structure explanation:

Zone = zone number (the same as in the physical structure)
isotope = average mass fraction of a given isotope in the zone
